Try Converting Emails of PST file to TXT
If you want to send a PST file to someone who does not have Outlook installed on their system, then you can try converting it to TXT format and send it to the concerned person. In TXT format, that person can easily access the content inside it. To convert a PST to TXT, you need the access to Outlook application and follow the below-mentioned steps.Open Outlook and select an email that you want to convert in TXT format.
After selecting the email, click on the File at the top of the screen.

For Microsoft Exchange 2007 to PST: Use Export-Mailbox
For Microsoft Exchange 2010 to PST: Use ExportMailboxRequests
For Microsoft Exchange 2013 to PST: Use New-MailboxExportRequest command
Before converting Convert Exchange Server EDB to PST format using PowerShell, Create a separate folder to save the converted PST files from EDB and give any name to the folder. After that right click on the folder which will show you the Properties -> select the Share Folder. Then assign the Read/Write permission and click Share button.The Shared path example: \\MSServer\new-pst-folder

Use below given Powershell commands to Convert Exchange 2007 EDB to PST format.

Method 2: Export Exchange 2013 mailbox to PST using Exchange Admin Center (EAC)
Simply use the steps mentioned below to perform the EDB to PST Conversion:First, you need to create a Shared Folder where you want to export the mailbox. Then Set the Shared and Security level, by clicking on the Permission tab.
Now Assign Mailbox Import Export permissions to the user, follow the below steps to assign the permission.
First you need to open EAC (Exchange Admin Center) then click Permission. After that double click on Recipient Management and click on Add in the top of Role.
Now in the page of Select a Role, you need to click on Mailbox Import Export option -> Add (bottom left hand side) -> OK.
Then click Add in the Roles section and select Mailbox Import Export in a new page. Click Add -> OK.
Once the above process completed Export Mailbox data into PST, to do this follow the below steps:Open EAC, choose Mailboxes and a list of mailboxes will display. Simply select the mailboxes which you want to export into PST.
Then right click on the mailbox and select Export to a PST file. Click on Browse to select the mailbox and click.
You can find the path of exported mailboxes using syntax: \\MSServer\new-pst-folder\Expert-Advice.pst

QuickBooks Database Server Manager lets you share your company files with other computers over your network. It also helps you monitor your multi-user network. When you set up a network, you need to have QuickBooks Database Server Manager running so users can access your company files.
To Install QuickBooks Database Server Manager
Step 1: Download Database Server Manager
Database Server Manager is a part of the QuickBooks Desktop file.If you haven’t already, download QuickBooks Desktop.
Step 2: Install Database Server Manager
Install the QuickBooks Database Server Manager on your server computer. This is the computer that hosts your company files.Important: If you’re an accountant or someone who hosts multiple versions of QuickBooks Desktop on your network, install them in order. Install the oldest version first and end with the most recent.
Close all open programs on your server computer, including Hosted QuickBooks.
Open the install file you downloaded. It’s called Setup_QuickBooks.exe.
Follow the onscreen instructions. If you need to find your product or license numbers, here’s how to find them.
When QuickBooks asks you to choose an install type, select Custom or Network Options. Then select Next. Don’t select Express.
Choose the best option for your network setup and then select Next. Both the options install the Database Server Manager. If QuickBooks Desktop is already installed on your server computer, this won’t overwrite any existing company data.
If you want Database Server Manager and QuickBooks Desktop on your server computer, select I’ll be using QuickBooks Desktop on this computer, AND I’ll be storing… We strongly recommend this option.
If you only want Database Server Manager on your server computer, select I will NOT be using QuickBooks Desktop…

Method 1: Restart QuickBooks Database Server Manager
First of all, you need to reopen the QuickBooks Database Server Manager and then scan the company file again.
Now, go to Start option and click on All Programs.
