Host App service is a software developed by Pokki or SweetLabs, as the case may be, which can cause certain problems for your computer during certain circumstances. The most common release of this software is 0.269.7.660, with over 96% of this version installed. The main executable is hostappservice.exe. The software has an auto-update component that checks for software updates and then applies them when discovered. This component is the HostAppServiceUpdater.exe., and it is the installed file.
What Must Be Known About the Host App Service
This program is not a component of windows, neither is it essential for the Windows Operating System. Hostappservice.exe is located in a subdirectory of a user’s profile folder. The program always operates in the background and can only be stopped using Window’s Task Manager. Hostappserviceupdater.exe. has the capability to monitor other applications, manipulate them, record the inputs of the keyboard and mouse, therefore earning it a reputation being dangerous. The technical rating for security is 51% dangerous, and over 60% of experts deem the program as dangerous. The security threat level rises to about 66% when Hostappserviceupdater.exe. is found in a subfolder C:\Program Files, however, the producer of this software possesses a certificate of authority proving its usual trustworthiness. This certificate is the major reason it is not outrightly deemed a malware
However, it is agreed that a defective or outdated version of the program can cause several problems for a computer, ranging from the speed of the computer to the displaying of error messages. It is also a known fact that some malicious programs and trojans cloak their true identity by identifying themselves as Hostappserviceupdater.exe; this makes it important to check out the Hostappserviceupdater.exe process on your PC to be certain that it is not a threat. Many experts recommend using a security task manager to verify whether the program’s variant on your PC is safe.
How to uninstall Hosts App Service Updater
There are two ways to uninstall the Hostappserviceupdater.exe., the first one is to get an automatic uninstaller product or to uninstall manually.
To uninstall manually, take the following steps:

– Type in the word “uninstall.”
– Then click Remove or Add programs.
– Locate the Host App Service in a list of applications that will pop up
– Click on the program, then uninstall it.You can do a quick check to be certain that the program has been installed. To do this, restart your computer, then check for the software under C:\Program Files. You can also check the computer registry for any remnants of the program; however, take note that only a computer professional should delete things from the registry. To access the register, start “Regedit” afterwards look under “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” > “Software” for the software or the name of the producer.
In conclusion, to prevent problems with the Host App Service Updater, regularly keep a pure computer by searching for malware and cleaning your hard drive.

I have never had any problems with such types of software before. Unless there was a problem with the software for the security system once.
