Due to having unique challenges worldwide Google play has simply provided some basic guidelines to ensure the maximum smooth user experiences for most of the users. For example, some people have faced obstacles to download a long-sized App that takes much time rather than a small-sized App.
On the other hand, most of the mobile networks around the globe serve with a marginal amount of data per month which is not sufficient to download many large apps.
